We specialize in the production of wood chips for industrial enterprises. Production is located in the Russia, Republic of Tatarstan, Spassky district, Kayuki village. In the production, timber from ecologically clean regions of the republic is used.

Chip manufacturing process

Wood preparation

For wood chips we use alder or oak wood. The bark is previously removed and the wood is dried to the desired degree of moisture in a natural environment.

Recycling

In the process of processing, we grind the prepared wood, getting wood chips

Sorting

At this stage, we sort the resulting chips into different manifestations depending on their size. After which the finished chips of different fractions are contained: (0-1 mm, 1-3 mm, 3-5 mm, 5-7 mm, 7-12 mm, 12-20 mm)
